Job: French Canadian Interpreter - Independent Contractor

At CyraCom, we are genuinely passionate about fulfilling our mission for delivering quality interpretation services and we are looking for interpreters to assist us in that delivery.

Independent Contract Interpreter candidates should possess a combination of healthcare experience and interpretation. A minimum of two references that can verify language skills are required. CyraCom requires all over-the-phone independent contractor interpreter candidates to go through qualification testing which includes an assessment of the candidates’ language proficiency, knowledge of medical terminology and ability to apply medical interpreter protocols. Our independent contract interpreters log into an ‘800’ number and/or web portal when they are available and log out when they become unavailable. Our interpreters are not required to commit to a minimum or maximum amount of log in time. We pay a competitive per minute rate to all of our contractors.
