Job: Program Manager

Responsible for planning, design, implementation, coordination, supervision and evaluation of the daily programmatic activities of the substance abuse residential unit. Responsible for daily oversite, training and evaluating effectiveness of programmatic activities. Will provide therapeutic intervention with clients and families as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in behavioral health field with (2) two year’s experience in the behavioral health field. Licensed by the AZBBHE as a LISAC. Proficiency in all concepts, practices and procedures related to field/area of work as well as broad understanding of functional theory/principles, typically acquired through a Master’s degree.
