Job: In-Bound Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Support needed to work in a call center setting, NO SALES. This position handles a high volume of inbound calls.

Qualified Candidates must have the following skills:
- Superior customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced work environment and handle a high volume of inbound calls.
- Able to work a flexible work schedule.
- Have 12+ months of continuous work experience.
- Able to provide at least two work references.
- Able to type 25 words per minute.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Able to work a full 40 hour work week.

- Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Previous Customer Service experience in a call center, a plus.
- Must be comfortable and have familiarity with computers and standard programs.
