Job: FNP - Family Nurse Practitioner

Seeking mission/service oriented FNP w/broad based skills to work in our established Three Points School Wellness Center and Three Points Clinic in Tucson, AZ.

Organization:
United Community Health Center is a Vibrant Federally Qualified Community Health Center with five clinic locations and five school based clinics. Outpatient only practice. UCHC has been providing 26 years of care to a growing community. The practice is diverse and includes all ages, payers and socio-economic levels. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Seeking dedicated mission and service oriented provider w/broad based skills.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Completion of Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
- Current DEA
- Meets or exceeds number of hours of continuing medical education required by state boards.
- Reliable means of transportation and a valid Arizona drivers license.

Licensure/Certification
- Active Arizona license to practice medicine.
- Board Certification in area of specialty (must maintain).
- Certified in Basic Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation procedures.

Experience/Skills
- Previous working experience with economically underprivileged and minority populations, preferred.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Willingness to work Saturday and evening hours when needed.
- A positive, professional attitude.
