Job: Therapist

Our Family offer fee-for-service general mental health and employee-assistance counseling for individuals, couples or families. Counseling may be only a few sessions for a specific issue, or long-term for a variety of behavioral health problems including addictions, self-esteem building, survival of trauma and abuse, or other various behavior disorders. Our Family also has contracts with various agencies to provide counseling in the office and in the home.

Key Tasks:
* Provide intake and assessment
* Develop and implement a treatment plan
* Document progress and maintain case records
* Provide individual and group therapeutic services to assigned clients
* Provide all services in a manner that meets the requirements of the program, contracts, and licensing and accrediting bodies
* Complete all assigned paperwork in a timely manner
* Conduct client and community outreach and advocacy
* Other duties as assigned

Masters degree in a related field
One (1) year experience in a related field
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to work with diverse populations
Arizona state licensure preferred
Computer and technological skills related to functions of job
