CPES, a 25 year old employee-owned human services agency, supports adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness in residential settings, adult day programs and work adjustment settings.

CPES, a 25 year old social service agency, supports adults & adolescents with developmental disabilities, serious mental illness or dual-diagnosed illness in residential sites, adult day programs and work adjustment services. Consumers are all active and mobile. The nature of their disability may include developmental disabilities (mental retardation, autism, seize disorders, cerebral palsy) and/or mental illness including traumatic brain injury and/or other physical disabilities. Additionally, many of our consumers have other related medical needs that we address while supporting them in their daily activities. Currently, Tucson has over 50 sites with locations throughtout Tucson. Health/Medical Benefits are offered to FT employees after 90 days of employment (30 hours or more per week)and positions include FT, PT and On-Call/Relief. CPES is an EOE/AA provider.
