Material Handler
Summary of Position
This position will receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from the stockroom and is responsible for pulling kits to issue to production.

Responsibilities

Read work order folders and prints

Receive vendor materials and pull production work orders

Perform cycle counts and data entry

Proper use of warehouse tools and equipment

Warehouse and work area cleanliness

Perform other tasks as necessary

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Be able to lift 50 or more pounds

Be trained on the forklift for certification

Ability to understand inventory process and transaction flows

Communication skills (English)

Sense of urgency and disposition to solve problems

Basic math skills

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Willing to learn company specific warehouse processes and equipment use

Experience

1-2 years experience in warehousing, material handler, or similar occupation
